At Polyeco Greenhouses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the eco-friendly packaging provided with your original shipment.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
